I make pizza at home, and Bob, the Italian sausage is used, even on my pizza recipe. What is the best sausage I can use? something like Pizza Hut and Papa John's Sausage?

If you have a local Italian market, it would be better to buy them, or whether in the deli / meat counter that a book sold.
I make my own Italian, but you can go for the Italians sauage
or add more garlic, add lentils the same as Peper, more black to make it spicy Italian seasoning

5-pound pork
1-cold cup of red wine
1 cup chopped parsley
5-teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder or 4 to 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3 c. Cayenne Pepper Tea
5 tablespoons fennel seeds
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
5 tablespoons paprika
