My father died recently and now have to submit accounts for about 10 ambulances IAM to medical care, but you want to know whether I May have a form with the hospital, where they release the remaining amount.?

But guilt is not hereditary. You are not responsible for the debts of his deceased father. His legacy is, if you have one. If not, then, write "call for deceased sender" on the invoice.
If you signed a statement in the hospital, agreeing to pay the bills, then it is your fault. If not - they are not responsible.
