Advice please. I'm 22. Don't own a car and need to move out of my parents house asap...feeling very lost...? - i lost my home plans how can i make my own
I attended the University of Illinois for 3 years, but is not due to a severe depression caused by an abusive relationship. I lived at home for just over a year and feel much better in the mental department ... but I'm not going to school and have no plans for my future. I have some friends here and I'm pretty happy today. But my parents and I did not hear me at all. I feel like I work ... but they are very different people.
My father works at a car manufacturer and has always rented a car for me at a very reasonable price. So you have never had my own car.
I have a job, but only earn about $ 150-200 per week.
I can not live at home. My parents make me feel as if nothingwhat I do is good enough. They expect to be perfectly clean around the house all the time. I'm not that kind of person and I can not do everything. I've tried. It is a very big deal to them. Also freak when I left home for a day or two (note: I am almost 23 years ago ... and have them when I lived in the school ... I think it's ridiculous)
I must, as soon as possible (preferably) within the next few days. I feel lost and confused, not knowing what or how to do that. I think, go live with a girlfriend for a while, but even if they relate to this ... I have no car.
Has anyone in a similar situation? If so ... What have you done?
